Biomark embraces the practice of individual employee contribution and self management. It is this principle that defines our culture. By empowering and expecting personal input at all levels, the employees become vested in all ways. It is their ideas, service and actions that are moving us forward and this input directly affects the health of Biomark.
It has been a goal of Biomark to commit to being a real contributor to the local Boise, Treasure Valley, Pacific Northwest, and the worldwide fish and wildlife research communities. We pride ourselves in the fact that we are a growing company that is gainfully employing (27) people and supporting their families and that we have the desire and goal to responsibly grow the company. Employment is not simply filling an open or new position but rather providing a means of growth to individuals that too can contribute to the community both internally and externally. Biomark provides support (donations and/or volunteers) for Rake Up Boise, Idaho Fallen Firefighters Foundation, MK Nature Center, Foothills Environmental Learning Center, The Peregrine Fund, The Women’s and Children’s Alliance, American Fisheries Society and Career Services for the Boise and Meridian School Districts to name a few.
The bottom line is that we all sincerely enjoy our job, the people we work with and the customers we serve. Can’t ask for more than that!
